Why should you use 13Documents.com?

Information submitted to the office often contains Personal Identifying Information (PII) that has not been redacted. Even if you are very careful redacting PII information, this portal offers another layer of security by encrypting the transmission from your PC to the portal, while the document is in the portal, and as it is being downloaded to this office. Encrypted information, even if intercepted, is usually worthless.

13Documents.com issues you a serial number verifying the receipt of the document. Hopefully we will never need to, but if there is a problem with my computer system we can track it down.

Documents are put into the case directly when downloaded. In that sense they look like documents downloaded from the CM/ECF system. Our current system requires a user to move the document from the e-mail to the case with all the risk of error that entails. With 13Documents.com the case will be updated every half an hour rather than the next day.
