Vice President: Ralston House should come out again in the fall to talk to Directors, Coaches and Parents.

Investigative Committee: nothing at this time
Scholarship – Carly Perry is this years scholarshiprecipient. Carly attends Colorado Christian University and plays soccer. We will keep the percentage per sport and if there is a need for more we can discuss as a board and approve over if needed. Not all sports are using the percentage.
Capital Reserveno updates
MISC: .- Inquiry from Fox 31 on background checks. We were unable to give them an interview but told them we had policy in place and keep the background checks at approval with the Executive Board and all results are confidential.
Dick’s Sporting Goods – Brandon Yearney recapped the spring results of our partnership. Going really well, joint baseball, lacrosse and soccer -191 coupon redemptions in two days Lacrosse very heavy 60% vs 40% baseball. Kristen attended as well new assistant manager at the Southwest Plaza store. Renegotiate in spring 2017. Renew scholarship funds. 25% discount on bulk items needed by sports. Talk to Brian store manager for specific items needed for quote.
Online store for apparel working with JMFA and AYL on details. Fan ware store using Blue Sombrero work with Under Armor, Nike, Adidas and Badger we received 7.5% back from sales. Takes about 7 days for delivery to purchaser.

Sports Reports
Baseball – $42,000 in black still need to pay fields, and Memorial Day Tournament but should still be in the black.Minor Baseball –.Financials at positive $4,000 higher than last year. Purchased some new equipment – nets, balls, bases. Will end the year positive. Weather is posing a problem but permits for Sundays for makeup games.
Fall Baseball – Met with Eli and Robert Wilson to train more umpires in July. Try to hit 100 teams this year. Trying to get Lakewood fields.

Basketball –.Working on getting the budget to a positive. Jerry will be stepping down and will work with anyone to
Train and get up to speed.
Golf – Registration open. 14 kids probably keep 20-24 kids. Try to get high school girls to help coach. Fundraiser at Top Flight golf.
Football –Registration open – 41 current. Still early to know if on track from last year. Working on the camp, shop day at Dicks July 16 with uniform fitting.
Flag football– Already have a few people volunteering to coach after the registration email went out. Need 20 kids to get 2 teams. Meeting on 26th to discuss a league with a few areas. (Englewood)
Soccer– Weather has been an issue. Open registration June 1st for fall should be at 300. Competitive tryouts will be held May 31 and June 1. Pulling in whole teams and players from Rush and Ice.Will be raising fees for both spring/fall.
Lacrosse– no update
Softball –. Registration closed, games started this weekend. Two coach pitch teams. Pictures scheduled June 4th at the high school.Fundraiser at the high school and Rockies game.
Fall Softball–no update
Cheerleading – Registration opens on Friday, May 20th for 6 weeks. $160/session
Wrestling – Right now out of high school cap out at 50 kids. New person running the program and wants to take it further. Would like to build with them only charging $100 now pay for uniform and tournaments. Opportunity for alumni to come back and help coach. Goal to start in the fall. Insurance through USSA Wrestling so no need to go through our policy.
