Campbell University, Fort Bragg/Pope offers a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Applied Science in Homeland Security. The curriculum prepares students for a career as an officer in national security, law enforcement, or business. The classes are designed to provide students with competencies in contemporary principles of National Security, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Critical Infrastructure, Terrorism, Intelligence and Interagency Operations. The Homeland Security program’s goal is to produce a graduate who is qualified for entry-level position in the government and private sector.

Bachelor of Applied Science Requirements:
Students must meet one of the following:
- An earned Associate in Applied Science degree in an Information Technology related area, from a regionally accredited college or regionally accredited technical school. 10 to 21 semester hours will be accepted as transfer credit.
- Complete an information technology related military training program that is the equivalent to (A) above. 10-21 semester hours of qualifying health science credit, as recommended by the American Council on Education (ACE), and been awarded the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS, AFSC, NEC) may be accepted towards the completion of the degree.
