Dear Parents/Carers

ALL THINGS WILD – THURSDAY 13TH JULY 2017

We have arranged a trip to All Things Wild on Thursday 13th June 2017 for Year 3 as part of our Science topic, animals including humans.

The voluntary cost of the trip will be £13.00 per head, to cover transport, admission and activities. Please send in this contribution in a clearly marked envelope with the permission slip as soon as possible. If you have any difficulty regarding payment please see your child’s class teacher. All contributions are voluntary. However, if we do not receive sufficient voluntary contributions, we may have to cancel this trip.

Children will need a packed lunch and will also need to bring a waterproof coat and a sun hat and can wear clothes that are suitable for the weather and an outdoor environment. In addition children will need comfortable shoes/trainers. We also recommend that all children have sun cream applied before school. No pocket money is needed.

Should you have already ordered a hot meal for this day it will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

If your child would normally have an instrumental or singing lesson on this day please remember it is your responsibility to notify the visiting teacher, giving as much notice as possible, or you may have to forfeit the lesson.
