May 12, 2018

All vendors must supply their own booths. Food vendors must follow all local Health Department (509-886-6400) and insurance regulations. All vendors are responsible for their local and state taxes. Street Fair fees are not refundable after 5 May, 2018 Exceptions could be made due to unforseen circumstances.

There are limited available booth spaces with electricity, which will be assigned by the Street Fair Chairperson. Extension cords and multi-plug power strips must be UL approved for outdoor use. All cords shall be protected from traffic areas. Multi-plug adapters must be UL approved and have a current overload safety device. Blossom Festival organizers retain the right to restrict and/or deny the use of power to any exhibitor if misuses occur. QUIET generators will be permitted.

Booth structures and contents, including inventory, are the responsibility of the vendor, as well as to confirm that all credit card and check transactions are legitimate. No fees will be refunded due to fraud and/or theft. The Manson Apple Blossom Festival Committee does not assume responsibility for injury to persons, or loss or damage to any property of the vendor, including theft, accident or acts of God. All vendors, by signing the application, release the Blossom Festival Committee from any damage to, or loss of vendors property and any persona injury which he/she, associates or assistants may sustain while participating in the Street Fair. Primary vendors also agree to be solely responsible for any liability they may incur while doing business at the Street Fair.

**Booth spaces are limited and assigned when signed applications are received. Applications are not denied because of similar items being sold.
