The 2017 Cedar Fairmount Annual Fall/Halloween Festival

ARTS & CRAFTERS APPLICATION FORM
Artists and Crafters will be admitted to the non-juried event on a first come, first served basis in the following categories:
Painting, Photography, Pottery, Glass Sculpture,Mixed Media,
Basketry, Clothing/Fiber, Jewelry, Miscellaneous
It is expected this is original work. If not use a Vendor’s Form
PLEASE SUBMIT DIGITAL PHOTOS OF EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK.
The expectation is that the public will purchase at all price levels. Advertising and marketing will be targeting to the greater Cleveland area, and to audiences of diverse age, artistic background, ethnic and economic levels in the Cleveland Heights area and beyond.
The event is a free, one day, outdoor event held in paved locations in the Cedar and Fairmount Business District (8 miles east of downtown).

Streetscape Renovation.
Booth Space is 10 wide and 10 longon Surrey, Lennox, and the Zoss Lot. No electricity is available in booth. We will honor specific booth location requests on a first come, first serve basis. The entire exhibit must be contained in allotted space. Artists must provide their own tent or canopy, which must be securely anchored to withstand wind. Artists must supply own display equipment. In case of inclement weather, an indoor location will be provided.
Sidewalk Exhibitors space is approximately 3’ x 6’. Exhibitors must provide their own table and display material. Some sidewalk locations have electricity.
Space fee is $50.00 Payment made out to Cedar Fairmount SID with enclosed registration form is required to reserve space. Fee is non refundable after October 1, 2017.

Guidelines
Artists are responsible for liability insurance and protection of work and display. The Cedar Fairmount Special Improvement District and the City of Cleveland Heights assume no responsibility for loss or damage from any cause to artists’ property or damage caused by improper mounting of the artist’s display.
Artists or their representative must be present with their work the full duration of the festival except in cases of severe personal emergency, or by special arrangement with festival arts coordinator.
All work must be original, designed and made by or under direct supervision of exhibiting artist.
Photographs must be printed by photographer from his/her own negatives.
Collaborating artists are permitted.
Artists may apply in more than one medium. Please check all appropriate lines on the registration form.
All multiples (photographs, prints) must be clearly marked as such and labeled with the edition number.
Make your check for $50.00 payable to Cedar Fairmount Special Improvement District. No percentage of profits will be accessed by CFSID. Set-up begins at your space 10:00 a.m. FREE parking is available close, but not adjacent to your space.
