Resuscitation Equipment Standard: Monitoring Tool

Ward / Location

All equipment for resuscitation will be in a fit condition for clinical use. The equipment will be stored using the grab bag system in a designated and identified area. Qualified member of the nursing team will check this equipment on a weekly basis and identify any remedial action that is required and this will be recorded on the action sheet.
