COMMITTEE REPORTS

No committees at this time. However we need to establish an officer voting committee to get the ball rolling on officer candidates for April. In April the committee will establish a slate of officers, and it will be voted on in May.

NEW BUSINESS

The latest Goodwill Stuff a Truck netted $1,700.00 profit. The next Stuff a Truck fundraiser is scheduled for July during band camp. This way the parents can bring their stuff as they drop off their kids.

She also asked if perhaps a jazz ensemble could come and play for the event. Motion was made by Stacey Dilley to allow the Relay for Life Group to use the concession stand.
