Old Delhi Railway Police have sought public help in identifying the following bodies:-
1. A male age around 50/55 years, height 5’5”, wheatish complexion, normal built wearing blue checkdar shirt and grey pant, found on 19-9-2009.
2. A male age around 50/55 years, height 5’6”, shallow complexion, round face, medium, wearing nothing, found on 21-9-2009.
3. A male age around 30/35 years, height, shallow complexion, crunched face, normal built, wearing cream colour shirt, black jeans, white baniyan, found on 20-9-2009.
4. A male age around 50/55 years, height 5’5”, shallow complexion, round face, normal built, wearing cream colour shirt, black pant found on 21-9-2009.
5. A male age around 60 years, height 5’ 7”, shallow complexion, oval face, wearing white dhoti and orange langota, found on 22-9-2009.
6. A male age around 35 years, height 5’6”, wheatish complexion, long face, normal built, wearing sky blue checkdar shirt and matmaila pant, found on 23-9-2009.

A ROBBER POSING HIMSELF AS GIRL IN NIGHT AND ENTICING THE PASSERSBY FOR FUN AND COMMITTING CRIME ARRESTED
South District Police has arrested one person namely Ricky Verma @ Sonia s/o Sunil Pal r/o H-16/171 Sangam Vihar, Permanent Address- Village- Haldai, Distt. - Balia (UP) who along with his associate Rashid @ Gudia used to pose as girls and lured the passersby to have fun in lonely parks and roads and thereafter used to rob their valuables. One robbed mobile phone, other articles used for disguise, i.e., skirt and tops, bangles, hair wig etc. have been recovered from him.
INCIDENT, TEAM, ARREST & INTERROGATION
On 13.09.2009 one Mittlesh s/o Bhuttan Singh working in New ALT India Faridabad as a supervisor made a complaint that he was going on his motorcycle to Gurgaon for official work. When he reached near Lado Sarai Red Light on MB road, he stopped to attend call of nature and went inside the park after parking his bike on footpath. As soon he reached inside the park, two ladies who looked like eunuchs came and one of them asked him to handover his mobile phone and cash, but on his refusal they started beating him by fists and snatched away his mobile phone and cash 6000/- rupees. A case vide FIR No. 523/09 dated 13/07/09 u/s 327/379 IPC Police Station Meharuli was registered on his complaint and investigation was taken up by the local police. Several similar incidents have taken place in Delhi especially in South and South East District, and such assailants had become a real threat to the persons who travel alone in night especially on lonely roads.
These incidents were widely highlighted in the media. To solve these cases, several teams were constituted and a joint team of special staff and PS Mehrauli consisting of SIs Sanjeev Kumar, Balbir Singh, Jeet Singh, HCs Ram Kishan, Hawa Singh, Premjeet, Mahinder, Rajesh, Raj Kumar, Roop Ram, Vijay Huda, Bhoop, Ramesh, Shailesh, Manoj, Constables Raghubir and Hans Raj was also formed under the supervision of Inspector Vijay Singh, I/C Special Staff and Sh K.S.Bhatnagar ACP/Operations to apprehend the accused. The team so formed worked very hard and also questioned the complainant several times at length. Every time he narrated different story from his previous version which raised suspicion on his complaint. After continuous examination the complainant revealed that both eunuchs lured him to have fun and he went inside for fun on his own where they robbed his valuables. The hard work of team bore fruit that on 24/09/09 specific information was received through reliable source that a person involved in such incident would come at Ahinsha Sthal Park so a trap was laid and Ricky @ Sonia was arrested. During interrogation he disclosed that he along with his associates namely Rashid @ Gudia used to come every day to lonely parks in girls outfit and lured the passersby for having fun. Thereafter, they used to take them in isolated places and rob their valuables and run away. After one incident they chose another park for the next crime.
PROFILE
Ricky @ Sonia was born in 1987. He just studied up to class 3rd in his native village and came to Delhi with his family at the age of 10. His father was working as a labourer on construction site and he started working in an Export Company in Tugalkabad where he inclined toward homosexuality. He left the job and formed a gang with Rashid @ Gudia who is also a homosexual and both are passive by nature. They started wearing clothes like girls in night. They stand in lonely park in park posing themselves like girls. They mainly wore western outfits like skirt top and jeans and shirt and also put thick make up to give a seductive look.
RECOVERY:-
1. Robbed mobile phone
2. Ladies cloth, bangles, hair wig, balloons etc.
The interrogation is still in progress and other involvements are being verified. Team members are being suitably rewarded.

INDO-NIGERIAN CYBER CHEATERS ARRESTED
PHISHING RACKET BUSTED
With the arrest of two Nigerian Nationals namely (1) Omoha Emmy Don aged 42 years s/o John Omoha r/o 25, Cite Mosque Boulvald Contonou Republic of Benin, West Africa; (2) Darlington Okoro Ukpai aged 27 years s/o Ukpai Okoro r/o 21, Kayode Adebanji Street Ashamu Estate Okeafa Isolo Lagos State Nigeria and their Indian accomplice namely Sanjeev Sharma @ Sonu aged 30 years s/o Brij Mohan Sharma r/o H. No. 173, Flat No. 1, IIIrd floor Savitri Nagar, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, the police staff of P.S. Pahar Ganj, Central District has busted a notorious gang of Nigerian-Indian nexus involved in cheating with a number of Indians of lacs of rupees. This nexus has started working on a new modus operandi by the name of 'Play With Cash'. In this plan, they first send e-mails to different people luring them to join as a business partner and when an innocent person fell in their trap, they decamped with their hard earned money and change their name, e-mail Id and mobile numbers and again resurface in a new ‘Avtar’.
INCIDENT
A complaint was received from one Sh. Babji Sadasivuni, an Ex- Insp. of CISF r/o H. No. 4/370, Bommuru, Rajamundri, Andhra Pradesh stating that he was lured by a Nigerian-Indian gang who offered him to join a business of Herbal and Natural Stones through internet. They asked him to come to Delhi at Saya Hotel 2213, Chuna Mandi, Pahar Ganj where an Indian citizen Sanjeev Sharma along with Nigerian national ‘OMOHA EMMY DON’ posing as Benjamin Zomie met him and showed him the samples of precious Quartz stone and asked him to pay Rs. 77,000/- per hundred grams stones influenced by their alluring proposal he paid Rs 77,000/- then and there. After that they asked him to come to Hotel Intercontinental where three persons (1) DARLINGTON OKORO UKPAI posing as Pascal Franklian, an expert in gems and stones; (2) Deepa Sharma posing as Damania Kapoor and her husband (3) Bal Kishan Sharma posing as Ram Kishan Sharma met him and DARLINGTON OKORO UKPAI after testing the stones in a dramatic way with some equipments and told him “congratulation your sample has been passed”. In the meanwhile, two other Nigerians also came there. After that, they all went to Saya hotel where the complainant purchased 4 kgs. of that stone from Damania Kapoor Sanjeev Sharma @ Sonu and paid Rs 14,40,000/- to them. A sum of Rs 15 lacs kept in packets were also paid to Damania Kapoor by OMOHA EMMY DON posing as business partner of the complainant and MOU was signed.
Thereafter, the complainant went away and later he came to know that the stones purchased by him which were claimed to be precious ‘QUARTZ STONE’ were just ordinary stones and he has been cheated by them. He reported the matter to the police and on the basis of his statement case FIR No. 236/09 dated 24.09.09 u/s 420/120-B IPC & 14 Foreigners Act was registered at PS Pahar Ganj, Delhi
TEAM & INVESTIGATION
A team under the supervision of Sh. Pushpendra Kumar IPS, ACP/ Pahar Ganj and Inspr. Om Prakash Singh, SHO/Pahar Ganj, comprising of SI Raman Kumar, SI Ajay Dalal , ASI Rajan Singh, HC Shailesh, HC Neeraj, Ct Anand, Ct Mahesh and W/Ct Sneh Lata was formed.
The police team laid a trap by inducing Manoj Kumar Sadasivuni @ Kumaresan, nephew of complainant, a decoy and when OMOHA EMMY DON @ Benjamin Zomie along with Sanjeev Sharma came for the deal opposite at Metropolish restaurant, they were nabbed by the police team. Further, at their instance, DARLINGTON OKORO UKPAI posing as Pascal Franklin was also nabbed who was waiting outside the hotel. The apprehended Nigerian people were living in flats purchased by Deepa Sharma at 173, IIIrd floor Savitri Nagar, Malviya Nagar and F-221, IIIrd floor Lado Sarai. Deepa has also invested money in a shop at Kailash Colony.
As the accused persons had posed as different entity i.e. Deepa Sharma posed as Deepika @ Damania Kapoor, DARLINGTON OKORO UKPAI posed as Pascal Franklin and OMOHA EMMY DON posed as Benjamin Zomie. O4 Passports have been recovered in this regard and further investigation is in progress and efforts are being made to arrest Deepa Sharma who is the kingpin in this game.
RECOVERY
1. One laptop bag containing 3 bundles of Rs 1000/- note kept in a clandestine manner in which only six notes of Rs 1000/- are genuine and rest are plain papers. The bundles of notes were same as given at the time of deal in Saya Hotel.
2. One laptop used in this fraud for e-mail and drafting frivolous documents
3. 5 mobile phones from OMOHA EMMY DON @ Benjamin Zomie
4. Instruments of weighing
5. Magnifying glass and other things used in testing stones recovered from DARLINGTON OKORO UKPAI @ Pascal Franklin
6. 8.563 kgs of stone recovered from OMOHA EMMY DON @ Benjamin Zomie and Sanjeev Sharma @ Sonu.
PROFILE
1. Sanjeev Sharma @ Sonu aged 30 years is brother in-law of Deepa Sharma and a school dropout.
2. Omoha Emmy Don aged 42 years s/o John Omoha r/o 25, Cite Mosque Boulvald Contonou Republic of Benin West Africa is a Diploma Engineer but now totally involved in this business and presently living at F-221, IIIrd floor Lado Sarai, Delhi.
3. Darlington Okoro Ukpai aged 27 years s/o Ukpai Okoro r/o 21, Kayode Adebanji Street Ashamu Estate Okeafa Isolo Lagos State Nigeria is a football player and now residing at Vasant Vihar. His actual address is yet to be ascertained.
