State Orders
Welcome to the NFHS State Orders system, where you can place your publications and digital rules app licenses orders for the upcoming year! These instructions will walk you through the process of accessing the system, adding your order numbers, and submitting your order.
Note: you can return to this application at anytime before the deadline and modify the counts for each item to be ordered.
This document will provide you with the few, easy steps required to complete your annual order of upcoming publications and digital rules app licenses. If you need assistance or have questions, please feel free to contact Lisa Beverly ( or 317-822-5731)at the NFHS.
Step 1
Go to the NFHS State Orders application:
If you’re not previously logged into the website, you’ll be redirected to the login page.
After you log in, go back to the State Order’s page:
Step 2 – 100% NFHS Officials Association States
The page will display your organization’s name, along with the order season and the deadline to place or modify your order. Each section has a header row listing the sport/category and year columns. Each row below the header lists a product, the three previous year’s order counts for that product, and then a field for you to place a number indicating how many you’d like to order for the upcoming year.
100% States can receive a free digital rules app license with the purchase of each printed rules book. Contact Mike Meenan () at the NFHS for information on this process.
When finished entering the number of each item you’d like to order, press the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2 – Non-100% NFHS Officials Association States
The page will display your organization’s name, along with the order season and the deadline to place or modify your order. Each section has a header row listing the sport/category and year columns. Each row below the header lists a product, the three previous year’s order counts for that product, and then a field for you to place a number indicating how many you’d like to order for the upcoming year.
There will be a product row listed for NFHS Rules App licenses under each applicable print rules or case book, where you may enter the number of licenses you’d like to purchase. Licenses may be purchased for an additional $2 on top of the printed rules publication price, and you will be able to purchase up to the corresponding number of printed books.
When finished entering the number of each item you’d like to order, press the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3 – 100% NFHS Officials Association States
After you’ve clicked the “Place Order” button, you’ll be taken to a page with your order summary. Please print this page if you’d like to keep a copy for your records.

After you’ve clicked the “Place Order” button, you’ll be taken to a page with your order summary. Please print this page if you’d like to keep a copy for your records.
You will see the number of NFHS Rules App licenses purchased listed under each applicable print rules or case book.
Additional Orders
If you’d like to place additional orders throughout the year (any time after March 1, 2018), please use the online order form to submit your additional order. An additional column has been added to this form for your convenience. Please do not press the “Place Order” button more than once to avoid placing a double order.
