Please limit your response to 10 pages (plus Appendix if needed).

Through the information provided in your response, the City of Nanaimo expects to gain an in-depth understanding of the proponent’s experience, capabilities and capacity to provide the goods and services outlined herein.

1.0 Experience, Reputation and Resources

2.0 Technical Approach and Methodology

Q1: Provide a narrative that illustrates an understanding of the City’s requirements and Services and the general approach and methodology that the Proponent would take in performing the Services:

Q3: Describe, in detail, how service calls are handled by the Proponent. Include complete workflow for call management (City - to SAP partner - to SAP) as well as Service Levels provided as part of support.

3.0 Pricing Proposal

Information on the City’s current licensing and consulting use can be found in the appendices. All pricing must be in Canadian dollars exclusive of GST.
