THE MARITIM ZONES ACT

Regulations made by the Prime Minister under sections 14 and 27 of the

Maritime Zones Act

1.These regulations may be cited as the Maritime Zones (EEZ Outer Limit Lines) (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2008.

2.In these regulations -

"principal regulations" means the Maritime Zones (EEZ Outer Limit Lines) Regulations 2008.

3.The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule to these regulations.

4.These regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 November 2008.

Exclusive Economic Zone of Mauritius, Rodrigues,

Cargados Carajos, Agalega and Tromelin

(Lines joining points between points 1. and 48, between points 48 and MS1, between points MS33 and 88 and between points 124 and 1 are arcs of geodetic circles radius 200 nautical miles centered on the territorial sea baseline. Lines joining points between points MS1 and MS33 and between points 89 and 117 are geodesics.)
