Please be prompt as this is very important ma- terial for our proceedings. Please limit remarks to three (3) minutes.

HOUSING: Reservations should be made directly with the ho-

tels. Rooms are blocked in the name of Eastern Star. You must state that you are with the Eastern Star Group in order to re- serve a room and receive the special room rates. Headquarters will be at the Hilton Garden Inn.. March 09, 2014 will be the

deadline for making reservations in order to receive the special rate.

PRE-REGISTRATATION IS ENCOURAGED. If you are pre-

registered, your packet may be picked up by presenting your 2014 Receipt for Dues. Mississippi Members MUST PRESENT A 2014 RECEIPT FOR DUES AND BALLOT RECEIPT IN ORDER TO PICK UP BALLOTS ON WEDNESDAY MORNING. REGISTRA- TION ENDS AT 4:00 PM ON TUESDAY. Ballots are not transfer- able and cannot be replaced if lost. Please sign your ballot at the top when you receive it. Pre-registration is $12.00. Regis-
