Responsible for improving cost savings, speed to transition, delivery, and quality of offshore resources through the application of six sigma DMAIC methodology
Responsible for creating an end to end balanced metrics system for the management of the offshore program.

2) Transition Coach/Manager, Cigna Offshore Program, Applications Management Practice (Rotation # 2 in the ELDP), Cigna IT May 2004April 2005
Designed and led the process of selecting second strategic offshore vendor for the CIGNA Offshore Program
Responsible for the identification and fulfillment of cost reduction opportunities by transferring ownership of application management responsibilities to the offshore partner for Cigna.
Responsible for design, oversight, and improvement of communications/operations model between offshore and onsite Infrastructure and application teams.
Directly contributed to cost savings of approximately $ 6 million across 10 application teams in a period of 6 months.

Led a team of 8 parttime resources to improve 10 processes related to production support and maintenance of applications; Reported into a vice president responsible for process and methodology.
Influenced and delivered process changes across a community of 3540 teams in the application production support space.
Led the compilation of light weight and actionable toolkits documenting the improved upon processes.

Overall responsibility for project management of Infrastructure components in CIGNA's technology projects. Has successfully led teams of over 1015 individuals in projects costing over $200,000.
Successfully project managed the infrastructure delivery of a mutimillion dollar claims management system called Acclaim for CIGNA Group Insurance: The project had an Infrastructure budget of $ 5 million and over 6 full time and 25 part time Infrastructure engineers, 3 database architects/modelers and 1 chief architect.
