Entries are now being accepted for the Australian Longboard Surfing Open at Kingscliff, on the Tweed Coast from 25th -29th March 2015.
· ASP LQS Pro competitors may enter the Noserider, Retro, Logger & SUP divisions but no other amateur or age divisions.
· Modern 1960/70's inspired single and twin fins surfboards will be accepted in the Retro division.
· Modern 1950/60's inspired surfboards will be accepted in the Logger/Old Mal division.
· There is a $20 discount per entry on entries received by Dec 31st. /
· Multiple divisions entered receive a $10 discount for 2nd 3rd divisions
· All surfing competitors receive one competitors bag includes one competitors t-shirt.
· SUP BOP & River race will be contested in the following divisions, Open, Women, O/40 Woman, O/40, O/50, O/60, U/18 Boys, U/18 Girls, U/15 Boys, U/15 Girls, Novice.
· Your age is your age as at 1st March 2015
· ASP LQS entries will be available online at www.aspaustralasia.com at a later date.
· All competitors go in the draw to win two return airfares to Singapore from Scoot. Conditions Apply.

In applying to compete in the Australian Longboard Surfing O pen I acknowledge that there are inherent dangers associated with the sport of surfing and serious accidents can and do happen which may result in me being injured due to my participation in the Australian Longboard Surfing Open. Safety precautions undertaken by organisers (such as supervision, event safety briefings, equipment safety checks) are a service to me and other competitors but are not a guarantee of safety. I confirm that I am suffering no illness or health issues that may put me or my fellow competitors at risk due to my participation. To the extent permitted by law I agree to absolve and indemnify Island Style Promotions and ASP Australasia, their directors, officers and employees from and against any and all liability for injury, loss or damage however caused arising out of my participation. I agree to release and forever discharge Island Style Promotions and Surfing Australia from all claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from my participation. I agree that Island Style Promotions and ASP Australasia retain the right to utilise images of my participation for the purposes of promoting Island Style Promotions and ASP Australasia. International competitors are advised that they may not be covered by the Australian Medicare scheme and are further advised that they may need travel/hospital insurance should a situation arise. I have read, understood, acknowledge and agree to the above declaration including the warning, release and indemnity. I affirm that I have not altered the official contest entry form in any way. My registration is not transferable to other people. If I am unable to compete, or if the event is cancelled, my registration fee is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another event. The Australian Longboard Surfing Open organisers reserve the right to change/cancel events, times, merchandise items. I agree to abide by all competition results and directions issued by the event organiser.
