October Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Joe Gray at 7:11pm.

Reading of the minutes

·  Amanda Bourne read the minutes from the September meeting

Treasurer’s report

·  Chris renewed our farm bureau membership. We had a deposit from new memberships (NYSSA).

Old Business

·  Chris purchased combination lock for the storage unit. If you need the combination, please contact Chris.

·  We currently have 43 members. Chris emails 228 people. He would like to create a distribution list for landowners, we do not currently have emails for them though.

·  Don requested that we use the same screws to put up signs. (Hex head)

Trail Report

·  Slavis and Caves culverts are done and we need to trim branches. Work at Trickey is done, we do no need to ride in the field anymore. He is pleased with this. David Bell needs culvert work, and we need to take out the bridge in Clifton Springs. Roger would like to use old bridge near the clipper and at Muellers.

·  Don’s stakes are purchased and need to be painted.

·  Chris still needs to get signs.

New Business

·  Reminder to have work vouchers filled out as soon as you do the work.

·  Mike Liberty and Stu and Mary Dorgan get emails kicked back.

·  Justin Haers – Will he let us ride through?

·  Lynn will contact Brian Van Ee.

·  This Sunday’s project – Joe will get paint.

·  Chris L would like to contact Pilat for vinyl signs

·  The groomer needs an oil change

·  The next meeting is November 30th at Buffalo Bills @ 7pm

·  X-Mas party is at Buffalo Bills. Donations will go the House of John. Carol will bring apparel to sell at the x-mas party. See next page for The House of John wish list for items to donate.

·  Amanda and Joe will not be at the April meeting, Carol made a motion to move up the meeting one week. All in favor.
