MINUTES
The meeting was held at 4425 N. Market St. Wilmington, DE. A quorum of the Board was present for the meeting. Present: Elmer L. Newlin, Chairman of the Board, Vance G. Daniels Sr., Beverly Bell, Donald Dryden, Board Members. Also present were Katisha Fortune, Deputy Attorney General and Counsel to the Board, Tanishia Stewart, Board Secretary.
THE FOLLOWING CASES WERE HEARD BY THE BOARD:
Edward Benson v. None Involved – AD # 50139749
Present: Edward Benson, claimant; Ann Marie Vanderhout, agency representative. A motion was made by Mr. Dryden, and seconded by Mrs. Bell. The Board moved to affirm the overpayment. Mr. Daniels and Mr. Newlin agreed. Mrs. Carpenter was not present for the hearing.
Regina Dorsey-Taylor v. Mary Campbell Center – AD # 10139740
Present: Regina Dorsey-Taylor, claimant; Sheldon Sandler, employer’s attorney; Deborah Franklin, employer representative; Aniszia Liverpool, employer’s witness; Seth VanNeerden, employer’s witness.
