Withthe HyVolution 2 Super-ResolutionTechnologyallowingresolutiondown to 140 nanometers,processesand structurescan be resolved in severalcolorssimultaneouslywith high acquisition speed and high signal-to-noise ratio. HyVolution 2, which is available for all existingand new Leica TCS SP8 systems, combineshighly sensitive Leica HyD HybridDetectors,the Leica TCS SP8 spectral detectionsystem,seamlesslyintegrated Huygens deconvolutionsoftware,and high speed graphic processors.

The Leica TCS SP8 STED ONE Nanoscope achieves a resolution down to 30 nanometers. The system revealsmorphologyand dynamics inside cells at the molecular level– in 2D and 3D – andallows the co-localization ofmoleculesto be reliably quantified. For differentapplications,theSTED ONEis available either witha 592 or 660 STED laser. The spectral detectionsystem combinessensitivitywith the Leica HyDsand freely selectableexcitation wavelengthof thewhite light laserto make theLeica TCS SP8 STED ONE a flexible imaging system.
