Make sure you are in the Travel tab. On the left hand side, you will enter your departure and arrival cities and your departure and arrival dates and times. You will do this for flights and for rail. (This document will detail the flight reservation process; rail reservations follow a similar process, but there will be some slight variations.)

Once you’ve entered this information, click SEARCH.

Your search results should produce a window that looks similar to this:

You can narrow your search to specific airlines, or to nonstop or 1 stop flights, using the matrix at the top of the screen.

Scroll through your options for Outbound flights/rail (blue arrow, above, points to the outbound tab) – notice that you may have more than one screen of options to sort through (see the circled area, above, where you can move to additional pages of results).

Select your outbound flight by clicking in the button above the fare quote:

Once you select your outbound flight, your screen will automatically switch to results for your return flight (you should see the return tab, indicated by the arrow below) and your previously selected outbound flight will move to the top of the screen under “Chosen Carriers”:

Again, scroll through your options for your return flights and select your chosen flight by clicking the button over the fare quote:

Once both your outbound and return flights are selected, they will both be listed under “Chosen Carriers.” Your screen should now look something like this; to continue, click on “Price these options” (circled, below):

Your next screen will look something like this; to continue, click on the green “Select” button under Compare List:

Next, you will be brought to a screen that asks you to Review and Reserve Flight:

Confirm that the flights selected are the ones you would like, choose your seats (optional), then click “Reserve Flight and Continue” (circled, above). It may seem like this is the last step, but it’s not! Keep reading!

You are not finished, yet!

The next window will include your Travel Details and look like this (continued on next page):

Review your itinerary and click “Next” to continue.

You may get a pop up window that says this; click OK to continue – you are NOT making any hotel reservations for the Forum!:

Next, you should see a screen like this; type “2016 Advocacy Forum” under Travel Description and click “Next”:

You are still not quite finished! Next, you should see a Trip Confirmation screen that looks like this (continued on next page):

Review your travel details one last time, then click “Purchase Ticket” at the bottom of the screen to complete your booking.

You should immediately be greeted with a confirmation screen and shortly thereafter receive a confirmation email with your itinerary.
