2017 Vendor Agreement
Thank you for participating in this event sponsored by MizpahMoravianChurch.
Please note the following requirements for participation:
Date:June 10, 2017 - Rain or Shine / Time:9:00 am – 3:00 pmLocation:BethaniaVisitorCenter Grounds
5393 Ham Horton Lane
Bethania, NC
(corner of Bethania Rd and Hwy 65) / Cost:$30 if paid by April 30
$40 after April 30th
Setup:7:00 – 8:30am
Takedown:after 3:00 pm at which time vehicles will be allowed back in to load up. / ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED TO BETHANIAMORAVIANCHURCH PARKING LOT BY 8:30 am
• The fee is payable to Mizpah Moravian Church by May30, 2017
Sponsor will advertise in local newspapers, local radio and TV stations, and via flyers.
Sales restrictions:
• No food or baked goods
• Any money derived from the sale of a product that is made by the vendor belongs to thevendor.
Vendor is responsible for collecting & submitting applicable sales tax.
Tents, tables and chairs:
• Each vendorwill be required to bring their own tent, chairs and tables as will fit in your space.
Space assignment: (approximate size 10x10)
• Spaces will be assigned to help facilitate display and traffic flow.
• Onevendor per space unless vendor pays for two spaces
Liability:
• The vendor hereby expressly releases the Sponsor and the Town of Bethania from any and all liability for damage, injury or loss to persons or goods from any cause whatsoever and further agrees to indemnify the Sponsor and the Town of Bethania against any and all claims for damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the space or grounds or the display and/or sale of any merchandise. The Sponsor or the Town of Bethaniawill not be responsible or liablefor any loss.
• The vendor shall not leave his/her space unattended. The Sponsor or the Town of Bethaniashall not be responsible for loss, damage or other consequence resulting from a space being left unattended.
Assignment or Subletting:
• The vendor shall neither assign nor sublet this Agreement.
Food will be available for purchase – Breakfast and Lunch
