REGISTRATION
Instructions
US Club has chosen Kyck Play as it registration platform provider for 2017-2018 season. Below are Team Manager Instructions for building teams in the Kyck Play software in order to obtain US Club player passes and rosters. Please complete by June 30 in order to have enough time for club and league approval.
These instructions are for GIRLS US Club teams only. Boys teams will be rostered via another platform. For Boys Teams please follow the Boys US Club Registration Instructions.

1. Copy and forward the following digital files to the Administrator using DropBox (free software to transfer large files). Team Manager must also keep a copy of these files digitally to build team
a. Folder of Team Birth Certs
b. Folder of Team Photos
c. Folder of USYS Medical Release Forms
d. Folder of US Club Medical Release Forms
2. Please verify that the team coach and team manager have both completed the US Club Background check (including uploading all clearances into the US Clubs software) or neither one will be approved for a pass.
3. Prior to beginning, verify that the Penn Fusion administrator has created your team account and assigned you to a team.
4. You will receive an email from Kyck play indicating that step one has been completed and asking you to create a log in. The email will also indicate the team you have been assigned to.
5. Click on the link in the above email or go to www.usclubsoccer.org
6. Click on “Log In”
7. Create a new account or use your current username and password to log in.
8. Upload your photo in your profile. This photo is needed to create your staff pass. The administrator is unable to access your profile until your account has been activated.
9. Please add or delete players. When adding a new player, please note that Parent Email is a required field.
10. The player’s name MUST match the name on the birth certificate. Do not use nicknames as they will be rejected by the league.
11. Please upload player photo, birth cert and US Club Medical release (signed in two places) for all players if the player profile does not already contain these items. US Club will not approve a player if the US Club Medical release is not signed in two places.
12. Please upload each players US Club Medical Release form into the Kyck Play software. Do not click the option to Certify that the Release is on file.
13. There is a template that you can try in order to import player information from a file but it is still in Beta testing. If you would like to try this, versus adding players singularly, please let me know and I will work with you.
14. Player Jersey numbers are also to be added. Please click manage roster under the Players Tab to add jersey numbers.
15. Once you are done uploading all the required information for each player, please contact the Penn Fusion Administrator for processing.
