ST. MEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

FAMILY BULLETIN 04-16-12

Notes from the Principal:

Welcome back to school. I hope that your families enjoyed a very blessed and restful Easter Vacation. Thank you for sharing so many beautiful birthday wishes and blessings with me. I am humbled and honored.

We are now busily putting together the final touches for our S.M.A.R.T. Auction that will take place on April 28th. This night will be a wonderful evening to celebrate with our friends and family and proves to be “A Night to Remember!” If you haven’t already sent in your R.S.V.P., you still have some time to do so. The S.M.A.R.T. Auction is the second of our major fundraisers, and the funds raised help support the school’s operating budget.

We will be submitting the adjusted budget for the 2011-2012 year in May and once again we have been successful in maintaining a balanced budget. We have set our tuition rates for the 2012-2013 school year and will be increasing the tuition by 2% ($100 for a single student family). Below is the 2012-2013 Tuition Scale. You will be receiving the Registration Packet in next week’s (April 23rd) Family Envelope.
