Accounting / Tax Preparer: Worked with business clients in various stages of organization, from initial financial
start-up to seasoned businesses’ monthly accounting reconciliations, and all other related accounting functions.
Assisted and advised on IRS matters and correspondence.
Office Support / Bookkeeping: As full charge bookkeeper, oversaw all General Ledger transactions, including account analysis, schedules of asset and & liability account, and journal preparation. Managed all aspects of preparation of bank reconciliations for five accounts, handled daily deposits and cash balance analysis, payroll and payroll taxes, Time & Billing / AR reconciliation, A/P and vendor relations. Client Accounting Services: Prepared comprehensive client write-ups for a variety of clients, working closely
with business owners to ensure that records were accurately prepared and maintained in accordance with Florida
and Federal statutes. Prepared business and individual state and local tax returns, to include complete records of
supporting documentation, using Lacerte and Laser Librarian Software; Individual Form 1040 as well as Florida
Intangible returns.
