PCHS School Supply List 2014-2015

Required for every student: iPad, earbuds/earphones, pens & pencils. Suggested: notebooks are needed for students who do not take notes on their iPad and a stylus for those who do. Classes requiring additional supplies and helpful hints from teachers are listed below. Classes not listed require no additional supplies in addition to what is listed above. Note: All Math Classes require a three-ring binder and a scientific calculator.

Accounting – calculator, ruler, folder for handouts

Advanced A&P – a three-ring binder is recommended by teacher for handouts

Advanced Chemistry – scientific calculator

AP Calculus – Texas Instrument 83 or 84 graphing calculator

Art History –1 sketchbook (9"X12"), 3 or more drawing pencils (at least HB, 2B, & 4B), 1 soft white eraser, 1 sealable container for storing paint (ie: Cool Whip)

Biology - red pen or highlighter and a three-ring binder recommended by teacher for handouts

Biology II –a one-inch binder recommended for handouts

Building Trades - hammer, tape measure, carpenters pencil, speed square, nail pouch, utility knife, ear plugs, safety glasses

Chemistry – scientific calculator

Christian Doctrine - Study Bible

Christian Ethics - Study Bible

College Composition – a folder for handouts

Computer Applications - folder only (no notebook needed)

Consumer Math – scientific calculator, notebook, folder for handouts, extra erasers

Drawing & Painting - 3 or more drawing pencils (at least HB, 2B, and 4B), 1 kneaded eraser (available for purchase in Art room), 1 soft white eraser, 1 sketchbook (9"X12"), 1 sealable container for paint (ie: Cool Whip)

Environmental Science – scientific calculator

ESL – notebook, highlighter

Freshman A&P – red pen or highlighter, one-inch binder for handouts

Geometry – protractor, compass, ruler

Government - a half- inch binder (or one-inch if not available) & three-ring binder for a project.

Graphic Design/Art 4 - student should have access to a digital camera
