Eachscholarshipwinnerwill benotified directly by a representative oftheZeta Chi Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Selection is anticipated by July 31, 2015. Allscholarshiprecipients mustsubmitallrequestsfor scholarshipdisbursement byrequestingthe school registrar (onschool letter head)tosend proofof the student'sfulltime enrollmentstatus. Allrequestsshouldbe postmarkednolaterthanSeptember 15, 2015showingfulltimefallenrollment.

In additiontotheaforementionedrequirements, allapplicants mustprovide a300 to 500 word essay inresponsetothe questions provided atthe end ofthe application form. In addition, allapplicants must alsoprovidethreelettersofrecommendationfromthefollowing:
