The aim is to provide a care facility that will give residents as closely as possible, a home with loving care and compassion. To this end, the PCH will contain 20 units each of which will have a personal bathroom, telephone and cable hook up. For the enjoyment of all, there will be a common dining room, a sitting room, lounges, assisted bathing and shower rooms.

Other services that will be provided include 24-hour personal care staff, laundry service, security system and emergency call system. Residents will enjoy three meals a day with additional light snacks; all will be selected by a professional dietician. All residents will get complete care service as assessed for their personal needs.

Hippserson Construction which was selected to build the Care Home has set a construction time line that calls for completion of the project in late February. The Ukrainian Orthodox community looks forward to opening another special care facility for citizens of Regina.
