Seller contact information: (State name and phone number or email address)
SCHQ will list whether this quilt is for sale on the information sheet attached to your quilt. SCHQ is not responsible for communication between the seller/buyer of the quilt. The description sheet will list seller contact information only. The quilt sale transaction will happen after the show and quilt may not be removed from the show prior to close.
The St. Cloud Heritage Quilters and the 2017 Quilt Show Committee have provided for security during the quilt show, both while the show is open and overnight. You will receive a receipt/claim check for your quilt when it is checked in. Your quilt will be returned only upon presenting this claim check. The club and committee cannot assume any other responsibility for your quilt; the club does not carry insurance to cover your quilt.
Quilts will only be checked in and hung in the show if received in a pillow case with your name, address, and phone number attached. This information will also need to be included on the Back of your quilt. Only one quilt, no matter what size, can be included in each pillow case. This is done to ensure that you receive all items back, and that they do not get dirty. No quilts will be accepted that have not been finished—bound and quilted. No hanging sleeves are needed.
The final deadline to turn in your quilt registration is September 7(at our meeting). Completed forms may be returned to Brenda, Julie & Mary via email or mailed. Please remember no entries will be accepted after the Septembermeeting!!
