This Order disposes of the captioned application of Mrs. Bhgyashri Digambar Mulay, “Pratik Villa”, F-1, Plot No. 82, CIDCO, Aurangabad-431003, Maharashtra seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005, received by the office of Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), SIDBI on July 12, 2012. The information seeker has sought information about the CLCSS subsidy claim settlement scheme for MSME which are sanctioned term loan for purchase of plant and machinery which is as per SIDBI CLCSS Scheme, and information seeker has asked no. of application received by SIDBI during 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13, copy of inward register from 01.01.2012 to 30.06.2012 and no. of rejected applications on the basis of guidelines of ministry of MSME etc.

The said application is disposed of, as under:-

The copy of the Ministry’s guidelines enclosed in Annexure-I (5 pages) be provided to the information seeker on payment of ` 10/- @ 2/- per page in terms of the provisions of RTI Act/Rules.

The information prior to June, 2011 is not available. The applications received during FY2011- 2012 are 6486 and during FY 2012-13 till 18/07/2012 are 1421.

The copy of inward register as given in the Annexure-II (42 pages) be provided to the information seeker on payment of ` 84/- @ 2/- per page in terms of the provisions of RTI Act/Rules.

The applications are received in bulk and are processed immediately after being inwarded. On average it takes 15-30 days time to process the subsidy claims. There is no time limit prescribed by the Govt. / SIDBI to process and lodge the claims after submission of all the papers by the PLI. Information seeker is advised that under RTI Act he can not raise any query and CPIO is not expected to answer his query” why, how, when” etc under the RTI Act.
