The Foundation for Women’s Cancer is pleased to offer tabletop exhibits at our Ovarian Cancer Survivors Course taking place on Saturday, November 7, 2015,and also on the Capital Concourse Marketplaceat the National Race to End Women’s Cancer on Sunday, November 8, 2015, in downtown Washington, D.C.

The course will take place from 9:00 am – 4:00pm at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, VA. On Race day, your booth/tent will be on the Capital Concourse Marketplacelocated adjacent to Freedom Plaza on Pennsylvania Avenue. Your name or company logo will be listed on (2) large banners flanking the stage. The Capital Concourse Marketplace has been designed with a keen eye to pedestrian traffic flow for maximum exposure. We anticipate a crowd of 5000+, and a strong showing of health care industry and advocacy participants.

At the course, a 6 foot table with skirting and (2) chairs will be available to each exhibitor. Electricity and Internet connections will not be available. At the race, twoexhibit spaces are offered:

  • 10x10 tented booth
  • 10x20 tented booth

Each 10x10 tented booth comes with a 6 foot table with skirting and (2) chairs. If your group prefers a more elaborate set-up with power or other production elements, there will be charges associated with these additions. We are unable to guarantee Internet access and have learned that personal “hot spots” are not reliable on/near Freedom Plaza.
