- Ag Week-April 12-17
- We will team with ACT with farmers breakfast
- Tentatively planned for Wednesday, April 15, 9:00-11:00 am in front of CL50 with food preparation starting at 8:00 am
- The food we will be providing will depend on the number of volunteers
- Biscuits and gravy if only a few people volunteer but something more elaborate will be made if there are more people (eggs, bacon, etc.)
- When the date is finalized, sign up sheets will be sent out
- Sign up!
- Moonlight Pancake Breakfast-April 22nd, 9pm-1am, AGAD lawn

- The projector was broken so no meet your member was done this week.
Old Business:
Officer Training Reports-Cassie Lehmann
- Wednesday, March 4th –Boone County–will hopefully be rescheduled
- Wednesday March 11th - Hendricks County
- The kids and volunteers all had a very good time!
Murdock After School program - Maddi McFadden () and Jessie Earhart ()
- A group leaves for Murdock on Tuesdays at 2:30 pm
- This week’s activity involved flowers
- Transportation is provided
- Email Jessie or Maddie if you are interested in helping next week
New Business:
Social Events – Jeff Koberstein,
- Thursday, March 26th Activity with ACT after the meeting; $1 bowling night
- The bowling alley is booked for that night so different locations/activities will be looked at and a new location will be announced!
- Right now we are looking at other bowling locations or rollerblading, but if anyone has any other ideas, just let Jeff know!
- Banquet: Thursday, April 23rdFood Science Building
- Free for members who work 2 shifts at the Spring Fest
- $10 if you don’t work a shift or for significant others
- Doodle sign-up will be sent out in the upcoming weeks
- Dinner will be Fazoli’s
Officer Trainings-Cassie Lehmann
- Tuesday, March 24th- Miami County
- 3 people are signed up at this point, and there is still one more spot in the car!
- We are going to be bringing a bag of quilts for them to donate to local women’s shelters (and Boone county will receive blankets as well so long as we get the training officially rescheduled)
- If you find out you can’t go, change it on the doodle poll ASAP so Cassie can find other helpers
- Involves educating 4-H members about how to run meetings, playing games, and breaking into sessions on individual officer trainings

Spring Fest, Saturday, April 18-Sunday, April 19 – Holly Kyler,
- Located in a tent in front of Ag Administration
- 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day;Sign-ups will be available at this and the next meeting
- Hosting table for participants to make Goop
- Goldfish Races: Holly will be making a new racing table.
- Goop demonstration tonight! (Erika Bonnett, )
- Plus, if you work 2 shifts the banquet is paid for
- The banquet is $10 otherwise
Achievement Trip, Sunday April 26th: This trip will be a fun end-of-the year reward trip for members who meet certain criteria.
- We will be attending Skyzone
- Bring money for food
- We will be leaving at 3:00pm
- May possibly find a free activity to participate in as well
- Qualifying: To qualify a member must volunteer for either
- Two officer trainings
- Two Murdock after school sessions
- One officer training and one Murdock session
- Or, members may pay $17 per person to attend (plus money for food)
Part time positions with State 4-H Office – Steve McKinley ()
- Looking for 2 people, the position starts late spring into summer
- One position involves working with beef quality assurance for 4-Hers to help educate them on properly taking care of their animals
- 15-20hr position/week
- The other position involves checking livestock paperwork being submitted from all across the state

Hammer down Hunger: Tuesday, April 14th 5-6pm
- Involves packaging food

BoilerBlast: April 11th
- Winter clean up
- If you are interested, you can sign up via boilerlink
- The club doesn’t have to send a group, but you can still sign up individually and say that you are representing Collegiate 4-H
College of Ag Food drive: Friday April 3rd – Friday April 17th
- Donations can be dropped off at AGAD during this time

- Elections at April 9th meeting
- Intent to Run forms are available and will be at the next meeting
