The following schools have been selected as the centralized valuation camps for the Higher Secondary First Year Improvement Examinations, September 2012. A meeting of Camp Officials will be held at Government Girls HSS, Kochi (07005) on 19.09.2012 at 11.00 am. Three Officials from each Camp should attend the meeting. The CV Camp will be commenced with effect from 03.10.2012.

The Principals of the respective schools are directed to forward the details of the staff members to be posted as Camp Officials, if not already forwarded.
The Principal shall be the Camp-Co-ordinator. The Camp Officer and Camp Administrative officer (with computer knowledge) shall be the senior most HSST’s in the school. The Camp Officials attending the meeting will be eligible for TA/DA as per rules and the same can be claimed from the CV Camp allotment.
The Camp Co-ordinator, the Camp Officer and the Camp Clerk shall begin their work on the commencement day of the examination (18.09.2012) itself. The Camp Officials can claim three more days of DA for completing the process.
