1. I have completed [number] units of prescribed MCPD for the period ending on ending on 31 March [year]. This includes [number] unit/s of practical legal ethics, [number] unit/s of practice management/business skills, and [number] unit/s of professional skills.
2. I anticipate that as a consequence of being on parental leave during the MCPD period I will be unable to complete the prescribed MCPD for the period ending on 31 March [year].

4. Delete if not applicable I annex a letter from my employer confirming the period of parental leave relevant to this application.
