a) Consider the approval of annexation into the Town of Shallotte.
b) Approve the Zoning Report.
c) Consider the zoning request of R-10 Town city limits from the current ETJ zoning RA-15.
d) Forward recommendation to the Board of Aldermen.
4) # 06-021 Clark Land Company LLC, – Owner Heath Clark, Village Point Rd, request for annexation and rezoning.
a) Consider the approval of annexation into the Town of Shallotte.
b) Approve the Zoning Report.
c) Consider the zoning request of R-10 Town city limits from the current County zoning R-7500.
d) Forward recommendation to the Board of Aldermen.

b) To consider the approval/denial of rezoning the said property to R7. The property is currently zoned HB.
