PAROISSE DE ST. HELIER

PARISH ASSEMBLY

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Helier will be held at the Town Hall on Wednesday 26 February 2014 at 7.00 p.m.

Parishioners are asked to take into consideration and, if deemed advisable:

1. to approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 29 January 2014*;

2. to elect a Roads Inspector for the Vingtaine du Rouge Bouillon in conformity with Article 5 of the Loi (1914) Sur La Voirie

3. To adopt a recommendation of the Connetable and Procureurs du Bien Public that an additional sum of £145,000 is taken from the Building Reserve Fund for the Conway Street toilet development which has previously been voted £ 900,000 (P.02/2014*)

4. to consider an application by Tiffin Restaurant for a Bailiff’s Annual Entertainment permit in respect of premises at 3 & 4 Millais House, Castle Quay for entertainment during the months of April and October between 2-5pm on Sunday afternoons, and on Saturday and Tuesday evenings between 8-11:30pm. In addition they are also seeking permission for music on Friday nights during the month of December between 8pm – 12:30am;

5. to recommend to the Licensing Bench an application by Sally Ann Agathangelou, holder of a 3rd Category Licence in respect of La Petit Greek Cafe, Royal Square to extend the licence to include an increased area for which the applicant holds a Choses Publiques Permit;

6. to recommend to the Licensing Bench the following applications for licences for the year 2014 in virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974:
