with the hotel at 1-888-767-1907. Please identify group affiliation when calling for reservations. Group referenced as CA Association of Clerks & Election Officials. You will be charged the full balance of reservation if check out before confirmed departure date. If sharing lodging the Village is unable to divide certain charges therefore it is the responsibility of the individual whose name appears on the reservation to finalize all charges amongst the occupants BEFORE checkout. Check-in for The Village is located at 22 Station East.
Conference rates are $129 per night for deluxe one bedroom fireplace suite. Suites include 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Room rate above does not include 10% occupancy tax, 2% village assessment fee and $10 Resort Fee. For those who wish to extend their stay the rates are available 2 days pre/post conference dates based on space and availability.
TRANSPORTATION:
The Village at Squaw Valley USA is located 45 minutes from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Shuttle service is available through North Lake Tahoe Express. The cost is $40 per person, one-way, or $75 round trip. Toll Free # 866-216-5222 or 775-786-3706. www.northlaketahoeexpress.com . Once you are in the Village, a car is not necessary. Most everything, such as recreation, restaurants, and shops, are within walking distance of your room!

Complimentary parking is available in the underground parking garage.
