FOR THE SALE OF SCRAP MATERIALS

The City Government of Olongapo, through the Bid and Awards Committee on Disposal is hereby invites all interested parties to participate in the public bidding for the sale of Scrap Materials from the salvage materials at Olongapo City Civic Center Buildings describe as follows:

The complete set of Terms of Reference (TOR) shall be issued to Prospective Bidders upon application and payment of a non-refundable of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P 20,000.00) (either Cash or Cashier’s Check).

In view hereof, the public is hereby notified that the City Government of Olongapo, through the Bids and Awards Committee on Disposal will exercise Title V COA Circular 92-386 (Disposal of Supplies or Property) and will hold a PUBLIC AUCTION of Scrap Material from Salvageable Material from Olongapo City Civic CenterBuildings to wit:

The City Government of Olongapo reserves the right to accept and reject any bid and to cancel all bids at any time prior to award of contract, waive any defects therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the City Government without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of the bids and obligation to inform the bidder(s) of the ground(s) for the basis of action.

The CGO assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expense or loss that they may incur in the preparation of their bids nor does CGO guarantee that an award will be made
