3)There is no mechanism on grievance redressal, appointment of ombudsman and social audits.
4)Non display of social audit details on the State website.
5)Rs. 1.42 crore was misappropriated in Bollapalli Mandal of Guntur district.
6)Rs. 1.50 crore is misappropriated in Bolaipally Mandal of Nellore district.
7)Rs. 10.77 lakh was misappropriated in Palamuru Mandal of Prakasham district.
8)Rs. 5.60 crore is misappropriated in Chittoor district.
9)Road works are being taken up without resolutions by PRIs in East Godavari district.
10)The same work was sanctioned twice or even thrice and there is not any trace of estimates in district Srikakulam.
11)The quality of works under the programme is not upto the mark.
12)Machinery is being used and contractors are involved in execution of NREGS works. / Requested to State Govt. for investigation on 6.5.10.
A 3 Member team headed by Sh. M.D. Asthana submitted is report along with comments of SG. Further clarifications sought on 13.06.2011.
