Position Overview – San Francisco Office

As the Private Label Sales Coordinator you are a key member of the Sales Team supporting all sales activities. You will support sales meeting preparations, manage key account information, offer sell-in support, and regional and channel trade show support. You will be focused on helping the sales team toward the achievement of the annual sales plans and contribution margins. This position reports to the Vice President Sales, Private Label.

You’ll:

  • Support the Sales Team at all levels in planning and executing the North America sales process and preparation of all sales related materials
  • Work with cross functional teams to provide sales data and feedback as necessary
  • Manage and maintain the sales calendar and other sales and forecasting programs
  • Create sales presentations at direction of sales manages
  • Manage all sales sampling needs
  • Gather point of sale data/sell through data and communicate out reports to the Sales Team on a regular basis

As the Private Label Sales Coordinator we ask that you bring:

  • Proven experience with Sales Reps and Key US Retailors
  • A passion for sales
  • Proficiency in planning and project management
  • An understanding of consumer product and retail market dynamics
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent related experience
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a sales support role
  • Proficiency with the Micro Soft Office Suite especially PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A can do attitude
