COURSE OBJECTIVE
Six Sigma is a well structured process improvement methodology, applying various statistical tools and project management techniques. It is applicable for all processes, design, manufacturing, service, transactional etc., wherever we have input transformation into output. Breakthrough improvements can be achieved through Six Sigma projects. Sustainable process improvements are achieved by following the above methodology.
In this Yellow belt course, basic concepts of Six Sigma methodology are explained with simple examples and case studies.
