Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. I am writing to confirm that the Trust has now finished its search for the information you requested regarding staff overpayments of salary.

  1. Please confirm the number of overpayments made to employees that left your Trust in 2012/2013, 2013/2014 and 2014/2015. These are salary payments incorrectly made to employees for periods afterthey have left.
