1.0Description

The Digital color quad described shall be a Sanyo Model number MVP-85 or equivalent. The Quad described shall be an industrial grade 8-channel color Quad operating in a dual-page mode.

2.0Bid Specifications

The digital quad shall allow multiplexed recording of up to 8 cameras onto a single VCR. The quad shall have a freeze frame ability and variable zone zoom capability while in the quad screen display mode. The digital quad shall have the ability to display sequential quad displays, monitor 1 and monitor 2.

The quad shall have the ability to produce a picture with a resolution of 720x464 pixels. The gray scale shall be a minimum of 256 steps. The quad shall have the ability to produce 16 million different colors. The video format shall be NTSC 1.0Vp-p at 75 Ohms, Unbalanced.

The digital quad shall have 8 BNC video inputs and 2 BNC outputs (1quad only and 1 quad/full). The VCR input shall have a BNC connector. The digital quad shall have pushbutton terminals for 8 alarm inputs, and a VCR switching input. The digital quad shall have a DB-9 connector for RS232 remote control. The digital quad shall have a removable grounded plug. The quad shall operate on AC 120V, 60Hz

The quad shall have the ability to trigger alarm recording either by closed contact on alarm input, motion detection, or a requirement of both.

The quad shall have timer duration settings for:

1. Alarm duration-All cameras will be activated by alarm for a specified period or CC / NC.
2. Motion detector-Individual settings can be set for sensitivity/on/off for their duration

The digital quad shall be rack mountable and occupy (1) EIA rack height units. The digital quad shall not exceed a dimension of 16.5”(W) x 12.8”(H) x 1.7” (D). The quad shall not exceed a weight of 7.5lbs The quad shall be UL listed and ISO9001 certified.
