TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders from registered and reputed firms having VAT clearance and Income Tax clearance are invited for supply of below stated items for the financial year 2016-2017 ( i.e Ist April-2016 to 31st March-2017). The rates should be quoted including all the taxes, services and will be hold good upto 31.03.2017 the F.O.R. will be upto JNV, Arnora Ghat, Distt. Doda. The technical bid and financial bid should be given in two separate envelops and put together in one envelop mentioning the name of the items to be supplied.

2. Fresh vegetable fruits Bakery items
3. Uniform items
4. Sport Equipments
05. Toilet items
06 Furniture
07 Hostel Equipments
08 Science Lab. Equipments
09 Stationery items (Computer and For students use)
10 M&R Items (Civil and Electricals)
(Services to be Provided)
11. Uniform Stitching
12. AMC of computers including parts and cartridge refill.
13. Washing of bedding & uniforms
14. Hair Cuttings
The PAC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
The tender forms alongwith detailed terms and conditions can be had from this office on written request on any working day from 05.03.2016 to 26.03.2016 from 09 am to 04 pm against the cash payment of Rs 100-00 per tender, Or may be downloaded from Vidyalaya Website www.jnvdoda.org.in
Last date of receipt of tenders is 26.03.2016 by 04 pm and the same will be opened on 28.03.2016 by 11 am in Vidyalaya Office in presence of PAC members and infront of tenderers, whosoever, wish to be present.
