Survey Monkey Results Summary
Key Highlights:
· Move meetings to every other month, keep on Wednesdays, same time (we will continue to meet monthly for strategic planning through June and re-evaluate then when we will move to every other month)
· Break group into Health Eating and Active Living subgroups
· More strategic planning, goal setting and action among individual group members
· Continue Well Done Awards
· Mixed response to Mayor’s Walk
· While many partners felt we should apply for grants and invite key people to the ‘table’, little offered as to specifics
Strategic Planning
Review of past strategic planning sessions held in 2015 with Kevin O’Connor from Concord Hospital. SWOT analysis was reviewed along with mission and vision. Groups then divided into Health Eating and Active Living (HEAL) subgroups to generate planning around 5210 and Concord Trail Passport program. See next page for notes from subgroups.
If you were unable to make the April meeting, please let me know which subgroup you would like to be in going forward.
