Special Instruction:
- The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any tenders without assigning any reason.
- The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender.
- Work order will be issued after getting budget and clearance from the Competent Authority. For this no claim will be accepted.
- There is no provision for land acquisition. The contractor will arrange the required land at his or their own cost.
- The provisions laid down in Current PPR and STD, PW2 for procurement of work will be binding upon the Contractors.
- Copies of the certificates and other requisite papers (e.g. VAT, TIN certificate, written signatory authority, affidavit to confirm financially solvent and for Consortium/Association/Joint Venture Firm, affidavit certificate in addition each in separate) attested by any 1st class Officer of Govt./Semi-Govt. organization/Autonomous bodies or by a Notary public would be acceptable for verification with the original ones. For attestation seal with name of the attesting Officer is to be stamped below the signature.
- Tender Security in the Form ofPay Order/Bank Draft/ Demand Draft (including MICR-Number) from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladeshin favour of the ACCOUNTS OFFICER, REGIONAL ACCOUNTING CENTRE, BWDB, BARISAL. In case of pay order it will be issued from the schedule bank of Bangladesh only. Validity of the Tender security must be 28 days more than the tender validity period.
- If it is proved at any stage that information furnished in the Tender and the tender is signed and submitted in a way of fraudulent practice instead of singing the same by the actual Tenderer/their authorized signatory, their Tender/Work Order will be outright rejected and action will be taken according to Current PPR.
- The corrigendum (if any) will be the part of this tender.
- For evaluation of tender(s) instruction of Current PPR and any Govt. amendment time to time will be applicable.
- Any information about the tenders may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during the office hours.
31 / Special Condition:
a) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order decreased of work. The work order will be issued after getting clearance from the competent authority of the BWDB.
b) The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense of visit and examine the site and obtain all information that may be Necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the work.
c) Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
