Dr. Jeff Iorgis the president of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He teaches leadership, preaching, and church ministry courses at Golden Gate. He is a graduate of Hardin Simmons University (B.A.), Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (D.Min.). He is married to Ann and has three adult children. He is author of 6 books: The Painful Side of Leadership, The Character of Leadership, Is God Calling Me?, The Case for Antioch, Seasons of a Leader’s Life and his latest, Unscripted.


The Matt Papa Band - Matt Papa has had a remarkable career as a worship leader since 2007. His songwriting takes worshipers to a theological depth that most contemporary musicians fail to achieve. He is well known for his authenticity and effectiveness in both speaking and worship.


Bruce Raleyhas served as Director of Church Education Ministry with LifeWay Christian Resources since May 2006. This followed a ten year ministry as Teaching Pastor at First Baptist Church of Panama City, Fla., and a 13 year ministry at Walnut Street Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Ark. Bruce has been married to Donna for more than 33 years. They are the parents of Sarah (Stephen) Doll of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Patrick (Noelle)Raley of Panama City,Fla.

Eddie Mosley has served as the Small Groups pastor of Lifepoint Church Smyrna, TN since 2005. He is a sought after speaker for small group ministry as well as neighborhood impact. He has served as the Regional Leader for the Saddleback Small Group Network as well as on the Bible Studies for Life Advisory Council for Lifeway Church Resources.Eddie Mosley is the author of Connecting in Communities, Understanding the Dynamics of Small Groups. Alan Raughton has been an Adult Ministry Specialist at Lifeway Christian Resources since 1996. He is a graduate of Mercer University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to Ruth for 35 years and they have two adult Children. Alan is passionate and experienced in the development of Sunday School classes and small groups that effectively and efficiently make disciples regardless of the size of the church.


Sergio Arce – Sergio Arce is an Adult Ministry Specialist for LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN, where he has served for almost 13 years. He is a certified Transformational Church Consultant/Trainer for LifeWay and has served churches in CA, GA, TX, MD, and TN in various roles. Sergio and his wife Holly have been married 18 years and have 5 children; Linda, Lisa, Joshua, Lucinda and Lydia.

Randy Stone - Chair, Christian Education Division, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Director of the Doctor of Education and Doctor of Educational Ministry Programs, Associate Professor of Christian Education, Occupying the J.M. Frost Chair of Christian Education. Randy Stone joined the faculty of NOBTS in 2011.He has served churches in Fort Worth, TX, Lake Charles, LA, Kansas City, MO, Charlotte, NC, and Baton Rouge, LA. Dr Stone is currently serving as Associate Pastor of Discipleship at Bogue Falaya Baptist Church where he and his wife are members. Dr Stone and his wife Tara have been married for 35+ years. They have one daughter, Joni who with her husband Ryan are involved in church planting efforts.


Scott Kindig – Executive Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Snellville, Georgia. He has also served in Youth Ministry related positions at the Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Georgia Baptist Convention, and Brookwood Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Mercer University. He and his wife have four children.



Dr. G. Dwayne McCrary leads curriculum teams at LifeWay including the team that creates the adult Explore the Bible resources. He is also an adjunct professor at Midwestern Baptist Seminary and leads two weekly Bible study groups for his church in Murfreesboro, TN. Dwayne and and his wife (Lisa) celebrate 30 years of marriage this year, and have two children and one grandson.


Clara Mae Van Brink is passionate about training and encouraging families, teachers, and church staff. For over 30 years she shared her common sense, faith based, approach to teach parents how to parent, encourage mothers, and train church staff and teachers. During this time she served in positions as a Children’s, Preschool, and women’s minister at First Baptist Church Atlanta, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, and Peachtree Corners Baptist Church. Clara Mae is also an author and free-lance writer. She co-authored a teacher training book called;Love, Laughter, and Learning. She and her husband Gus live in Canton, GA. where they serve on the preschool host team at church. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband, 3 children and most of all her 6 grandchildren.

Marley Hernandez is a native of Honduras. Graduate from SETECA in 1989. He served as leadership trainer in the western part of Honduras. From 1990-1992 served as youth pastor of Iglesia Betel Centroamericana and managed a radio station at the same church. He served as professor at SEBACAH from 1996 to 2009. Now serves as pastor of IglesiaCentroamericana Dioses Amor de San Pedro Sula. He alsoserves as a trainer for Samaritan's Purse.



Kristy Carrhas been with the national WMU for 25 years, and moved into the role as Team Leader and Church-Wide Leadership Consultant for the Adult Team in 2014. Her varied tasks involve coordination of adult and church-wide mission’s education as well as the missions and ministries of WMU; such as Pure Water, Pure Love and Baptist Nurses Fellowship. She is active in Lakeside Baptist Church in Birmingham and serves as the WMU director. She is an experienced mission volunteer internationally, in North America, and in state and community venues. She and her husband, James, have two young adult children, Kerrie and Julie.

Suzanne Reeseis a native of South Carolina and serves national WMU as student mission’s consultant. In that role, she works with her team to help students discover that God has a plan and a purpose for their lives. She also helps to provide missions resources, opportunities, and experiences for students. She writes extensively for national WMU publications and is the co-author of Do This and Live! Discovering True Love and the Amazing Life.When not working, Suzanne enjoys photography, travel, music and spending time with her nieces and nephews.


Lane Corley is a Church Planting Strategist for the Louisiana Baptist Convention. He is also the Lead Pastor/Church Planter of the Bridge Church in Madisonville. He is a graduate of Northwestern State University (1992-1997) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1997-2001). Since 1995, he has ministered in roles as Youth Pastor, Interim Pastor, Mission Pastor (in Texas) and Church Planter. He and his wife Heather have three children; Jackson, Hudson, and Kate.
