2015 Acknowledgement of Policies

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received the 2015House Rules and Regulations which was reviewed in training.All policies from the company’s Work Rules & Regulations were reviewed and can be found at on our company website at

I understand that the House Rules and Regulations are all-inclusive and are designed to act as a supplement to the employee handbook. I understand that all such rules and regulations are subject to change at any time and that such changes will be posted as they occur. Further, I understand that the House Rules and Regulations supersede any conflicting information contained in the Associate Handbook.

I recognize that failure to abide by any Sportservice rule, regulation, policy or procedure may result in corrective action up to and including termination. Determination of the appropriate corrective action is the sole discretion of Sportservice management.

I understand that it is my responsibility to read and understand this material, although it may not have been covered in it’s entirely during training. I understand that I may request an additional copy of any of these materials if needed at any time. I also understand that I may ask my manager at any time if I do not understand any policy, rule or guideline.

I understand that I will follow the timekeeping procedures in the place at DN Sportservice at Target Field. I understand that the timekeeping system will track time in and out, and that all hours worked will be rounded to the nearest 15 minutes for payroll purposes. I also understand that I must clock in and out for all breaks.

I understand that any questions regarding time worked will be reported by me to my manager within a period not to exceed two weeks of the date of the check, and that appropriate corrections/adjustments as determined will be made on my next check.

I understand that recording hours outside of scheduled times without management approval, or committing other timekeeping related violations may result in corrective counseling up to and including termination.

I understand I have received a nametag and I.D. badge that was issued to me. I understand I will be charged $5.00 for my nametag and/or $25.00 for my I.D. badge. I understand it is my responsibility to maintain these issued items as part of my uniform.

GreenPath is a Delaware North Companies’ Environmental Management System (EMS).I understand,GreenPath is already in effect. Minnesota Sportservice has an environmental policy statement, policy and procedures posted. Management has already identified many company activities that have potential impacts on the environment, both adverse and beneficial. And, we’re developing plans to address those impacts.

I understand these documents are not intended to create a contract between myself and Sportservice.
