Tina Miller

Ms. Miller is a lead 4K teacher at Northpoint Lighthouse Charter School. Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a BA in marketing communications. She received honors at Argosto University in Chicago where she received a MAED in adult education and training.

After living in Chicago for ten years Tina moved back to Milwaukee to be with her family. She has one son who lives in California who is attending a university there on full athletic scholarship. Tina comes from a big family that has strong roots in Milwaukee. She is the youngest of two sisters and two brothers who she loves more then life itself. Her mom is the queen of her life.

Tina enjoys spending time with family and friends. She likes to write in her journal and listen to music. She is a adult volunteer at the Adult Learning Center in Milwaukee where she helps adult learners by tutoring so they can receive their GED. Tina believes, “Life is a classroom in which you never stop learning.”

Erika Togstad

Hello, my name is Erika Togstad. I am 30 years old and live in a Milwaukee neighborhood called Lenox Heights. I have a 7 year old beagle named Penny Lane and I am very close with my family friends. I love to read, watch the Packers (and all football!) and spend time outdoors- any season! I have my Early Childhood Education degree and certification from University Wisconsin Milwaukee. I have loved my time in the public school system and am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the families at Northpoint Lighthouse Academy. Stop in to say hi!

1st grade

Selena Matthews

Ms. Matthews is excited to work with her 1st graders this year. It is a huge year for children. This is her 6th year teaching. She attended Marquette University and graduated from Lakeland College. She has two children of her own. Her youngest is eight years old and in third grade. Her oldest is in 11th grade and is 16. They do a great job at keeping Ms. Matthews young and hip. She created these two individuals and that played a major part in her academic career by working with their teachers. She looks forward to working with NPLCS and working with the scholars here.

2nd Grade

Ms. Parsons

She graduated from Southern Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in elementary school education and a minor in psychology. She has over 10 years of working with children from birth through 8th grade. The majority of that time has been spent working with lower elementary grades. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also likes outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.

Teresa Conrad

My name is Teresa Conrad. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2012 with a bachelors degree in elementary education. I moved from Sheboygan WI to the Milwaukee area during the summer of 2015. I have three girls ages 8, 12, and 14 that I enjoy spending my time with.

3rd Grade

Princess High

Ms. High completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Milwaukee with a degree in early childhood Education. Some of the highlights of her undergraduate time was studying abroad in Costa Rica, taking African dance classes and playing in the symphony orchestra. She has many years of experience working in Milwaukee. Some examples are; 3 daycare centers, four Milwaukee Public Schools and another local charter school. Some of her interests include; traveling, playing her violin, tuning into current events and clipping coupons, practicing Spanish and watching her daughter do gymnastics.

Ms. Paige

Hi, my name is Ms. Paige, and I have always believed in education. My formal education started at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where I received my teaching degree. I later went on to get my Master's in counseling from Lakeland College.

5th Grade

Nicole Radcliffe

My name is Ms. Radcliffe and this is my second year working at North Point Lighthouse. I have a 5th grade homeroom and will be teaching your scholars social studies. Prior to my time here, I have worked in multiple schools in a variety of capacities. I have worked in Illinois, Kentucky, and Wisconsin and am loving being back in the Milwaukee area. I have bachelors in Elementary Education with a concentration in Middle School Social Studies from Carroll University in Waukesha. I am incredibly excited to be working at Northpoint this year!

7th Grade

Amy Lynch

Mrs. Lynch received her bachlor’s degree at Marion College of Fond Du Lac with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in History. She is certified to teach 1st through 8th grade. Before coming to NorthPoint Lighthouse Charter School she taught 5th-8th grade at a small rural school in Dodge County for 14 years. This is her 2nd year at NorthPoint.

When she was just four years old her grandma asked her what she wanted to be when she grows up. She stated she would like to be a teacher or a guitar player. The rest was history. She has always enjoyed working with children and help them to realize and reach their goals. It could be something as simple as fractions or graduating from college it is about reaching a goal.

Amy and her husband raised 6 boys, five sons and one nephew. We have four grandsons and one more on the way. Amy enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. She looks forward to family holidays. She enjoys the outdoors and camping. She enjoys reading and hopes someday to write a young adult novel.
