Timeshare Rental Information
Thank you for your inquiry to rent one of our timeshare weeks. To receive more information about the specific resort, please feel free to go to our Company’s website at www.vsecapitalrealty.com and click on the Timeshare taskbar or you may also view information about the timeshare resort at Marriott Vacation Club’s website at www.vacationclub.com
After reviewing the information about the resort, if you desire to rent the timeshare week, please fill out the attached rental request information form and email it back to me at or mail it to our office. Upon receipt of the rental request information form, our staff will instruct PayPal, our secured payment program, to email you an invoice for the total rent due along with a $150.00 rental security deposit (“Security Deposit”). Upon verification from PayPal that we have received your rental reservation fee and security deposit, your rental reservation will be held and our staff will forward an email to you containing a confirmation of the receipt of the rental reservation fee along with a Rental Agreement. Please review and sign the Rental Agreement and mail it to our office for processing the final reservation confirmation with Marriott Vacation Club. You should receive an original, fully signed Rental Agreement from our Company within a week of receipt from you of the Rental Agreement. If you do not receive the fully signed Rental Agreement within this time period, please contact our office at (703) 803-1060.
Should you desire to use a check or money order instead of the electronic payment system offered through PayPal, please make your rental reservation fee check payable to VSE Capital Realty, Inc., and forward it to 12100 Metcalf Circle, Fairfax, VA 22030 and notate the week and resort on your check. Until we receive the rental reservation fee payment, your week may be rented to another prospective renter (i.e., first come, first-pay basis).
On your arrival date, please check in with the front desk at the resort to pick up your room keys, parking passes and resort information package. If you desire to have daily housekeeping service, you must arrange and pay for this with the front desk at check-in time. Any long distance or other charges to the room are your responsibility. At time of Check-In, it is your responsibility to report to the Front Desk directly if there is any discrepancy in unit inventory or any problems with the unit, appliances, television, etc.
At time of departure, please follow the guidelines for check-out procedures given to you at time of check-in by the front desk. Any and all damages to the rental unit assessed by the resort are your responsibility. Your Security Deposit, if insufficient to cover the damages and expenses, is not the limit to your liability to correct and/or pay for such damages and expenses.
If there are no outstanding charges or damages to the unit as confirmed by the resort front desk, your Security Deposit will be refunded to you within ten (10) days after departure by our Company.
