COALITION CAPABILITY EXCHANGE MEETING CALLING NOTICE MacDill AFB, Davis Conference Center
16 November – 20 November 2015

The Coalition Capability Exchange Meeting (CCEM) is planned for 16 November – 20 November 2015 at the Davis Conference Center (DCC), MacDill, AFB sponsored by DISA, MNIS Program Management Office (PMO). Please share this calling notice with all Coalition Partners who are actively working in support of coalition information sharing.

OVERVIEW: The purpose and scope of the CCEM is to provide a venue for attendees to gain and share knowledge pertaining to latest status on strategic coalition information sharing objectives from key coalition stakeholders.

CLASSIFICATION: The CCEM classification level is UNCLASSIFIED. No VAR is required; however, Coalition Partners must submit a visit request to DIA through normal channels. Please bring your CAC and/or your organization photo identification card for entry.

AGENDA: The first day on 16 November is a travel day. The conference starts 17 November – 20 November at 0800 hours and runs until 1630 hours daily. Primary CCEM Agenda topics include JS, NSA, DoD CIO, CCMDs, Services, US CIAV, USBICES-X, UISS-APAN, CCEB, NATO and MPE FY16-2020 presentations and discussions. The last day of the conference 20 November 2015 is a travel day.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS: Breakout session rooms at the DCC are available for use throughout the duration of the CCEM. Designated breakout sessions identified thus far include CCEB, UISS-APAN, USBICES-X and MPE. Please coordinate needed additional breakout sessions with the CCEM point of contact. It is the responsibility of the breakout session lead to develop respective agenda topics and associated schedule. Additional time is allocated on the morning of 20 November 2015 for follow on breakout sessions as needed.

MEETING FEE: A $40 meeting fee (cash only) will be assessed to cover the cost of refreshments and snacks. You will receive a receipt for expense reimbursement.
NO HOST SOCIAL: A No Host Social is TBD.

ACCOMODATIONS: Attendees are requested to obtain their own accommodations. The below are suitable hotels that are an easy drive to MacDill AFB that accept the Government Rate.
