May 20 (Monday)- Common Assessments (Early Exams) will be given in 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th

May 21 (Tuesday) – Common Assessments (Early Exams) will be given 2nd, 4th and 6th
Regular Bell Schedule
1st hour teacher give out Exemption Certificates to students to take home to their parents.
May 22 (Wednesday) – 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th hour Semester Exams
1st 8:20 – 9:10 (50 min.)
2nd 9:15 – 9:55 ( 40 min.) – Review
3rd 10:00 – 10:50 (50 min.)
4th 10:55 – 11:30 (35 min.) - Review
5th 11:35 – 12:30 (55 min.)
Lunch 12:30 – 1:00
6th 1:08 – 1:43 ( 35 min.) - Review
7th 1:48 – 2:40 (52 min.)
May 23 (Thursday) – 2nd, 4th, and 6th hour Semester Exams
Regular Bell Schedule
May 24 (Friday)- Make-up Day
Students report to the teacher that they need to take exam.
Early Dismissal at 11:30 a.m.
SEMESTER EXAM EXEMPTION MEMO
Students MUST meet the following criteria to be considered exempt:
A – 3 absences
B – 2 absences
C – 1 absence
Class average and absences are determined by the 3rd and 4th nine weeks (Semester Averages and attendance). Three tardies count as one unexcused absence. Absences that do not count against the student are:
A – School Activity OC – On Campus Suspension (OCS)
OF – Office EHB - Homebound
CO – Counseling Office NO – Nurses Office
· Teachers please review the exemption policy with your 1st period student’s. Please complete the Exemption Certificate for all qualifying students in your 1st hour and compile your 1st hour list of all qualifying students and send to Mrs. Bowman.
· ONLY FIRST PERIOD TEACHERS WILL GIVE AND COMPLETE exemption certificates.
ALL OR NONE POLICY (must be exempt in all classes)
· Students who qualify for exemption will be notified OFFICIALLY on May 21, 2013 by receiving Exemption Certificate in 1st hour. The students who qualify for Early Exemption are not required to attend school May 22nd – 24th, 2013.
